You’re definitely a match if you have:

• 5 years of experience as a UI Designer (with a proven record)
• experience in transforming wireframes into an outstanding user interface with a usercentered approach
• sense of estheticism, creativity, and courage for designing innovative solutions
• interest in the newest trends in interface designing
• ability to use English for smooth communication and presenting your ideas
• a strong portfolio (such as Dribbble/Behance profile)

Not a must, but definitely an asset:

• leadership skills and ability to lead a project
• experience in nocode platforms (such as webflow)
• the ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a team
• knowledge of UX principles
• experience in brand design
